Click and Collect

Orders can be collected for free at our Darwin store.

Select “Pick-Up at Store” as your delivery option at checkout. Once we have sent you an Order Confirmation Notice once the order is paid for. Your order will be prepared for collection.

In order to collect your product(s) at the store you will need to present either of the following:

  1. A valid photo ID
  2. Your Order number or Order confirmation email

Whilst we will endeavor to take all reasonable steps to ensure your order is available to collect including follow-up emails. Orders that are uncollected after 14 days of receiving your purchase confirmation will be cancelled and refunded (less any applicable fees such as Afterpay)

Prior to contacting us, please check the tracking and your delivery address.  Should you require the parcel to be redirected, we cannot guarantee a parcel redirection.  If you believe there is an error with the order delivery address, please contact us urgently so we can assist.
