Hasegawa brings us a Porsche 968 with decals for original markings starring Amy McDonnell of the "Egg Girls" that make it even more flashy! The illustration is drawn by Takashi Fujisawa. (Please note that a figure is not included with this kit.)
The Porsche 968 is a German sports passenger car that was first presented to the public in 1991. Its serial production lasted from 1991 to 1995 and was concentrated in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, Germany.
The 968 model was designed and put into production to replace the 944 model in the Porsche commercial offer. The new car, the main designer of which was Harm Lagaay, was in fact a far-reaching development and modification of its predecessor. Originally, it was designed under the designation 944S3, but the manufacturer decided to present it as a completely new model. Compared to the 944 model, the 968 model had almost 80% changed components and mechanical elements as well as various types of systems (e.g. steering or braking). It was also powered by another engine, which was still 4-cylinder, but already generated 240 HP and was characterized by better dynamics of work, which translated into the car's performance. On the market, the Porsche 968 was offered in coupe and convertible versions, and in the company's offer it was replaced by the Boxster and Cayman models.
